School of Sewing

This
class will take you back to the very basics of machine sewing. You
will learn how to thread a machine, how to choose appropriate fabrics
for projects, what sewing tools are a necessity and how to use them. We
will work on one project during each session (pillow case, drawstring
bag, Zipper Pouch and either an apron OR a lined tote bag (your
choice). You are welcome to bring your machine or you can use the
machines in the workshop. You will also have access to the workshop at
Home Ec between class sessions to finish up projects!
Supplies Needed: Copy of School of Sewing by Shea Henderson, fabric for various projects, *basic Sewing kit
(three session class)
