It will be chilly outside soon enough--how about learning to knit some very functional fingerless mittens? Here is a two session class where, using your skills to knit and purl, you will create your first of many pairs of fingerless mittens. Yes, they are addictive to make! We will expand on your skills by teaching you the rib stitch and knitting in the round. Please bring the following supplies:
-one skein worsted weight yarn
-size 8 dpn (double point needles)
-a stitch marker
-tapestry needle
-measuring tape or ruler
If you don't have these supplies, we look forward to helping you find them at Home Ec!
