This quilt comes together quick as can be, thanks to the large scale of the patchwork and an ingenious & efficient method of making your flying geese blocks. It's simple enough for new quilters and is a great introduction to matching your points, as the large blocks are pretty forgiving.  We will be making the Large throw size 64"x64"

This beautiful feather quilt pattern by Anna Maria Horner is a great project for your first or your fiftieth quilt. It is a fast and fun quilt to construct from your scrap stash or a great use of your favorite colors and patterns. We will construct strip stacks to maximize fabric usage with angled quilt pieces and utilize machine quilting and binding techniques to complete this quilt. You may customize the size of your quilt, but a baby or throw size is suggested in order to complete it during the duration of the class.

Learn how to turn nature around you into lovely, subtle dyes for fabrics and yarn. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced quilters. Students may also size the up the quilt easily, but need to allow extra time for completion.
