Knitting: Garter Ear Flap Hat

Do either you or a little one in your life need a super cute
and quick hat? Look no further than the Garter Ear Flap hat. With this
hat, we'll work on short rows, garter stitch in the round, central
double decreases, and tassels. This hat will be anything but boring, and
you may learn a new skill or two along the way!
Supplies needed:
- Between 60-160 yds of worsted weight yarn, depending on size to be made
- US size 7 & 8 16" circular needles and US size 7 DPNs
