This
beautiful shawlette is knit in the opposite direction of most- you
start at the bottom edge and work towards the neck. This means you can
get to start on the lace edge right away. This project looks great in
variegated or solid yarn and can be knit using fingering or lace weight
yarn. Since the lace is geometric and only a few rows deep, this can be a
great introduction to lace knitting
Supplies needed:
370-400 yards fingering or lace weight yarn, US 8 and 10 (or sizes need
to get gauge) circular needles (24" or longer), yarn needle, copy of
pattern from
