perfect size for anything from pencils to toys or other handmade
creations! This pattern is super easy and kids love it! Your kiddo can
start the year off right by learning to sew a one-of-a-kind creation. No
prior sewing experience needed.
Knitted Monsters
Thursday, October 23rd 3-5pm

Come
make a adorable knitted monster, just in time for Halloween! Each
student will learn the basic knit stitch and embellishment techniques to
make their own, one-of-a-kind spooky creature!
Felting: Needle Felted Ornaments and Key Chains!
November 20th 3-5pm

Felting
and kids go hand in hand, and needle felting (using needles to felt
wool roving) is no exception! Each student will learn the basics of
needle felting and make a unique ornament or key chain out of their
creation; a perfect addition to any backpack or holiday decor.
Up-Cycled Gift Wrapping!
Thursday, December 18th 3-5pm,
$40, all supplies included
During
this class, kids will learn that you don't need to spend money to make
cool gift wrap for holiday presents! Each kid can learn to weave their
own basket out of paper bags (perfect holder for smaller gifts), design
their own wrapping paper, and make their very own bows out of magazines!
New Years Fun!
Monday, December 29th, 10am-12pm
$40, all supplies included
Prepare
to ring in the New Year right at Home Ec.! At this class, each kid will
embellish their own very own mask, perfect for any New Year's party.
They will also make their own New Year's Crackers with a hat, joke, and
homemade prize inside!
($40 for each class)
