Pattern: Haruni Shawl, by Emily Ross (Free on Ravelry)

Lace knitting. It's not easy, but not nearly as hard as you can imagine. Spend your long summer evenings knitting up this luxurious lace shawl and learn a ton of new skills all at once. Indulge in 535 yards of fingering weight yarn (the lighter the better) and size 4 circular needles. (I suggest at least 24" cable.)  Print out pattern from Ravelry before the first class. You may also want to bring some markers and either Post-It notes or a magnetized board for chart keeping. This project is a show-stopper!

(Three session class)

Supplies needed: * Fingering weight yarn * size 4 circular needles * printed copy of pattern (link above) * stitch markers * post-it notes
