Knitting: Beginning Hat

Let's make a hat! This is a two-session class where, using just the knit and purl stitches, you will create a basic hat just in time to start making gifts for friends and family. We will expand on your skills by introducing you to the rib stitch, decreasing and knitting in the round. Please bring the following supplies: * One skein worsted weight yarn * Size 8 dpn (double point needles) * A stitch marker * Tapestry needle * Measuring tape or ruler
