It's always fun to give new babies a handmade gift and here's one that you can finish in no time. We'll use two squares of fabric (flannel, quilting cotton, or for an especially elegant blanket, double cotton gauze or cotton lawn) to create a simple and sweet receiving blanket. Basic machine sewing and cutting skills are all that's needed for this class. You'll leave with at least one and possibly two finished blankets.
